About Our Retail Program

Here’s what makes our retail program different than most boutique paint companies:

No Territories:

At Moxie we want to make it easy for customers to find our products… and easy for retailers to sell our products. By eliminating the restrictions that come with territories, we can also eliminate the burdens. At Moxie, no one retailer is required to carry every size, color and product we manufacturer. Nor are they restricted to carrying just our brand of paint. Opening the market to more retailers creates a greater chance of success for everyone, and allows us to join together in putting the customer first.

No Large Opening Orders Required:

It’s hard to get started selling any product if you have to invest thousands of dollars on the front end. At Moxie, your first order won’t cost you any more than your subsequent orders. We do suggest ordering enough to provide customers with a good selection and fill your shelves. However, we believe you’re in the best position to determine which products to fill them with. You understand the merchandise that will sell and the needs of your customer. At Moxie, we allow you to choose all colors, sizes and style of product so you’re in control of making your business a success.

No Requirement to Take Classes:

Painting is an art form. Whether it’s a mural, a watercolor or a piece of furniture, each piece is unique because of the artist who paints it. We value your artistry as much as our own, which is why we don’t require you to take classes from us.

No Contracts:

All you need to carry Moxie Products is a business license, a brick and mortar location, (which may include flea markets), and a positive attitude. We don’t allow our products to be sold on Ebay. However, you may sell our products on your website or Facebook page as an extension of your store. We also encourage home parties, and holiday shopping events in your area.

No Retail Price Restrictions:

We believe it’s up to you to set your own prices and promotions. While we supply you with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP), it is up to you, as the retailer to determine the best prices for your market.

Low Minimum Orders:

Each order requires a $300 minimum to qualify for our 33% wholesale discount. Shipping is billed separately right before shipping.

Fast Order Fulfillment:

We ship our products, already poured and packaged, directly to you from our location in Arkansas. Our typical order ships within 3 business days from the time you’ve placed your order.

Personal Support:

We believe in a positive environment designed to give you all the support we can. At Moxie, your success is as important to us as our own. We are available by email, but we’re also available by phone from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. CST, Monday-Thursday. If you’d like to talk to us outside of that time frame, we’ll set up a time that’s more convenient for you.
